Overlay Install 1. Separate the clear lens and the black ring bezel by pressing in the tabs around the clusters edge. 2. On the 2 larger faces, peel back and snip off the lower backing that covers the hole where the needles will protrude. Be sure to leave the upper half of the backing on the overlay for you to hold when adjusting the alignment on the next step. 3. Point the needle toward the top of the cluster and slide the overlay down and overthe needle. The overlay will then slip over the needle stop. Adjust the alignment and press down, adhering it to the face. Then remove the top backing. 4. On the 4 smaller faces, peel back and snip off the right side backing leaving the other half for you to hold while adjust the alignment. Once aligned press down and move the needle to the right and peel off the backing of the left side of the overlay. 5. Separate all the pointers with the scissors. To install peel the wide end of the pointers backing half way and snip off leaving you the tip to hold. Align on the needle hub and press lightly down. Use a small flat blade to readjust if slightly off. |
